About us:

Alexis Adult Day Care Services, Inc. is a Medicaid-approved facility that is licensed by the Georgia Department of Community Health. We serve the Middle Georgia area providing social activities, monitoring client health, catering two healthy meals and snacks, and transporting clients to and from the facility and/or medical appointments five days per week. Trained aides and registered nurses guide and direct social activities and supervise client care.

How to become a part of the Alexis Adult Day Care family:

For new day care member applicants: A registered nurse does the initial assessment at the agency and completes all of the necessary paperwork with the family.

Cost:

Payment is accepted from Medicaid through the Community Care Services Program (CCSP), SOURCE and private pay.

Staff:

The Staff at Alexis ADC consists of

• The director manages the daily operation of the facility  

• The office administrator maintains digital records, serves as dispatcher and payroll specialist.

• Registered nurses oversee client care, nurse and personal care assistants as well as develop plans of care for clients at regularly scheduled intervals for changes in condition and/or service needs.

• Personal care and certified nurse assistants assist in providing daily health services to clients.

• Trained and skilled drivers bring clients to and from the day care as well as to and from medical appointments.
