I grew up in Memphis, TN to a very musical family. Most of my heritage revolved around southern gospel music, as well as exposure to orchestral music at my home church. I surrendured my life to Jesus at the age of 9, and was called into ministry work at the age of 14. I've been leading worship for over 20 years on stage. I am married to Rachel, and we have 3 children: Micah, Ruthie, and Samuel. My family is my root and a daily reminder of God's grace in my life. I am undeserving of these blessings, but I am grateful.
While pastoral ministry remains my primary calling, songwriting and music production have become a significant extension of that vocation. Beginning in 2020, I began intentionally writing and producing songs for the local church. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of producing and releasing worship music through Parkview Worship Co., collaborating with worship leaders and musicians, building full arrangements, leading recording sessions, and shaping songs from their earliest lyrical ideas to finished releases. My work lives at the intersection of theology, musical excellence, and congregational accessibility, with a clear aim: to serve the church with songs that are doctrinally faithful, musically compelling, and spiritually honest.
Ministry, for me, has never been about performance; it has always been about shepherding people toward truth that is only found in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I count every idea as a gift from God and every day as another reason to praise Him. One verse in scripture remains a consistent inspiration for my calling...
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. 17 And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
