This section shows some passions that I follow in my leisure time. I'm excited to share more - don't hesitate to reach out!
Horse riding, vaulting and racing
I am a passionate horse rider, hobby riding and vaulting teacher and have raced with an amateur jockey license for several years. Building and reestablishing trust, fun and motivation in the relationship between horses and humans builds the foundation of my approach.
I've never made horses part of a professional career, but they've accompanied me throughout my life, and I'm excited to share ways in which you can engage with the horse world across the countries I've lived in!
MITOC: Connecting community to the outdoors
I am a WFA certified volunteer 4-seasons hiking and skiing leader, and backcountry skiing chair for the MIT Outing Club. MITOC members hike, climb, ski, bike, camp, tramp, backpack, snowshoe, and canoe to the highest, widest, most scenic vistas in New England and beyond. Join us for friendship, adventure, and fun!
I'm particularly passionate about the winters. Winters can be grey, cold, and the short hours of sunlight don't make it easier. At the same time, they offer incredible beauty and fun, if you know where to look, and how to experience it safely. MITOC's winter adventures have allowed me to share what I love about the winters with those that love the winters too, and with those that don't love them yet but would like to learn how to do outdoors winter adventures safely.
