Here are examples of strategic data products I led to deliver measurable outcomes, drive business impact, and enhance decision-making across the enterprise.
Overview:
Led the creation of a firm-wide data product that serves as the central reporting source for critical financial performance metrics. Designed to eliminate fragmentation and deliver real-time, governed data, this product supports operational decision-making and executive insights across multiple business units.
Challenge:
Prior to implementation, performance data was scattered across siloed systems, leading to inconsistent outputs, delayed reporting, and a lack of confidence among stakeholders. Business leaders lacked a unified, accurate source for key metrics needed in planning, strategy, and day-to-day operations.
Solution:
I led the end-to-end product strategy and delivery of a clean-sheet data platform, partnering with architecture, engineering, and business teams to consolidate multiple internal and external sources into a governed, scalable model. Defined core KPIs, developed an Agile delivery framework, and oversaw iterative releases that prioritized business adoption and reporting utility.
Impact:
Delivered a consistent, executive-ready reporting foundation for performance insights
Improved accuracy and transparency of metrics across business units
Enabled downstream dashboarding and analytics use cases across platforms
Overview:
Developed a net-new data product focused on modeling household-level relationships and associated financial activity to support analytics, dashboards, and advisor-facing tools.
Challenge:
The organization lacked a structured, reliable view of household relationships and their financial impact. Legacy data models were account-centric and not optimized to support cross-product relationships or higher-level insights needed by advisors and strategic business partners.
Solution:
Led the design and delivery of a new data product that established a governed model for household structures and behaviors. Collaborated with business analysts, architects, and data engineers to define use cases, implement validation logic, and create a publishing framework that supports future analytical and operational applications.
Impact:
Introduced a scalable foundation for household-level metrics
Enabled insights used in advisor tools, reporting, and executive analysis
Increased cross-team alignment on data definitions and strategic reporting needs
Overview:
At an investment management firm, I served as the Lead Product Owner responsible for orchestrating the global adoption of a new client reporting application. This initiative focused not only on replacing a deeply entrenched legacy system but also on redesigning the firm's reporting ecosystem into a dynamic "hub and spoke" model to accelerate client collateral delivery.
Challenge:
The legacy client reporting application had become deeply embedded across global operations, despite outliving its original purpose. Few external vendors could meet the organization's stringent automation and user-experience standards. Replacing the system required not only technical innovation but a complete rethinking of reporting workflows and delivery models, all while managing significant organizational change.
Solution:
I led the product strategy and implementation of the new client reporting platform, ensuring it met high automation, scalability, and usability benchmarks. Following a successful MVP launch, I advised senior leadership to expand integration rapidly across the enterprise while systematically decommissioning the legacy system. Throughout the rollout, I championed Agile methodology adoption—embedding iterative delivery, stakeholder feedback loops, and continuous improvement into the transition process.
Impact:
Successfully launched and scaled a modern "hub and spoke" reporting ecosystem across the firm's global footprint
Improved client collateral delivery speed and operational efficiency
Met or exceeded stringent automation and user interface standards required by business stakeholders
Established Agile product practices that streamlined implementation, increased adaptability, and positioned the firm for future innovation
Overview:
Partnering with a prominent global financial services firm, I served as Lead Product Owner for a high-priority initiative to design and launch a new series of investment strategy fact cards. These fact cards served as critical communication tools, providing concise, digestible insights into 50 diverse investment strategies across both digital and print channels.
Challenge:
Operating under an accelerated project timeline and within the confines of strict financial regulations, the team faced the complex task of integrating critical compliance elements—such as disclaimers and required disclosures—alongside engaging infographics. Achieving consistency and quality across both web and print mediums posed a significant cross-functional challenge requiring rigorous iteration and precision.
Solution:
I led the Agile-driven product development effort, facilitating rapid cycles of requirements gathering, design reviews, stakeholder feedback, and regulatory validation. Emphasizing iterative collaboration between design, legal, and digital publishing teams, I ensured seamless integration of compliance elements and maintained high standards of clarity, accessibility, and visual impact across formats.
Impact:
Successfully delivered 50 fully compliant, high-quality investment strategy fact cards across web and print platforms
Enhanced client communication effectiveness and brand positioning for the new investment vehicle
Navigated complex regulatory requirements without delays to project delivery
Earned the firm’s prestigious "Principles at Work" award, recognizing outstanding leadership and contribution across a global workforce of thousands
