As the creative head, I successfully led the executive committee of our council in creative ventures. My main responsibilities include spearheading the initial planning of event themes, giving artistic direction in various council publications, merchandise, and stage design ideas, and as a leader guiding my members through their creativity skills. Throughout my journey in the organization, I initiated a cohesive leadership strategy that efficiently managed and produced a proactive committee that was applauded and earned respect, establishing a successful and respected leadership within the organization. 

As a creatives member, I have continuously been improving my creativity skills through the organizations different events from designing publication materials, contributing to design ideas for merchandise and also serving as a mentor to my fellow members, as a former creatives head of our college council.
