Welcome to my website!

I am an Associate Principal in the Antitrust and Competition Practice of Charles River Associates in Washington, DC. I work on merger review, merger litigation, and antitrust litigation spanning various industries, including technology, healthcare, retail, airlines, energy, and agriculture. Throughout my work I help clients assess the antitrust risks of mergers and acquisitions, I support companies throughout the merger review process, and I contribute to the development of expert reports.

I am trained as an empirical microeconomist with a focus on industrial organization and healthcare economics. Before joining CRA, I earned my PhD in economics from the University of Texas at Austin. I actively participate in multiple committees within the ABA and also regularly contribute to The Quick Look weekly newsletters published by the American Bar Association's (ABA) Joint Conduct Committee.
