Distributional Effects of Carbon Pricing: A DSGE Analysis of Environmental Policy Revenue Redistribution
In this paper, we compare different revenue recycling schemes for carbon pricing policy and assess macroeconomic and distributional impacts. We use environmental DSGE model with two representative households to explore how carbon pricing and revenue redistribution influence high- and low-income households inequality.
