Co-Founder of Hello Arthur: Innovating Healthcare Supply Chains

In 2021, Alex Schifter co-founded Hello Arthur, a marketplace designed to help healthcare providers purchase medical and dental supplies directly from manufacturers. The platform’s direct purchasing model helps customers reduce costs by cutting out the middleman. The company’s name is a tribute to Alex’s grandfather, Arthur Schifter, who was a key figure in providing medical supplies during the AIDS pandemic.

Although Hello Arthur scaled to six figures in revenue, Alex decided to wind down operations and refocus his efforts on XO Espresso Bar due to business challenges.
