I am a current PhD student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in the Education Policy and Program Evaluation track. My work focuses broadly on the economics of education and human capital formation. I am particularly interested in teacher effectiveness and educational labor markets.

My interest in education policy stems from my time as a 7th grade ELA teacher in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
