In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano and would like to share some of my favorite pieces that I recorded several years ago:
Beethoven's Sonata No. 8 (Pathétique) - Hands down my most favorite composition. It's about struggle, defeat, and victory - something that we all can reflect on through our personal experiences.
Waltz by E. Doga - Russian best composition of the XX century. Originally, it served as a soundtrack to a classic soviet movie of 1978, which is known outside of Russia as "A Hunting Accident".
Beethoven's Sonata No. 14 (Moonlight) - This famous composition about unanswered love does not require introduction. However, not everyone knows that it has 3 parts. First describes Beethoven himself, second - Giulietta, and the third part represents their dialogue - the climax of the relationship.
"A Comme Amour" by P. De Senneville and O. Toussaint - This composition became famous due to its presence in the repertoire of Richard Clayderman (note how it differs from classical arrangements).
"Innocent" by J. Hisaishi - One of the masterpieces by a prominent Japanese composer who is especially famous for writing soundtracks to such well-known animes as Howl's Moving Castle or Spirited Away.
"Ballade" by Ch. Parker - Unlike any other genre of music, jazz gives you an incredible feel of freedom and improvisation - something that I have always found to my liking.
