I teamed up with Holly Morse to create Spurius for our final year project in Concept Design, at Massey University.

Spurius is a concept for a 3D game set in a medieval inspired world that incorporates themes of
identity loss and change, through a metaphor of monstrosity. This is linked to the female experience of coming of age. Our aim with this project was to communicate these themes through creature design, while using retro 3D game aesthetics to build an atmosphere that conveys nostalgic mourning for lost girlhood.
