Welcome to my website! I am a second-year PhD student in the VIBE Lab at the University of California, Berkeley. At Berkeley, I use combination of microanalytical techniques (Raman, SIMS, SEM, EMPA) and Python3 and to constrain magma storage depths, volatile cycling, and S isotope fractionation.
I did my master's at Kansas State University where I worked in Dr. Matthew Brueseke's Lab (2021-2023). Here, I utilized thin-section petrography, field mapping, major & trace element geochemistry, 40Ar/39Ar geochronology, and Sr-Nd-Pb-Mg-B isotopes to constrain the petrogenesis of slab tear volcanism within the Maclaren River volcanic field, south-central Alaska.
During my undergrad at the University of Missouri - Kansas City, I worked in the MELT Lab (2019-2021), where I studied maar crater morphology and the migration of explosive hazards of during maar eruptions.
