I'm a Ph.D. candidate at the Paris School of Economics and the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, with research interests in health economics applied to developing countries. I am currently financing the fourth year of my Ph.D. through a Research and Teaching Fellowship (ATER) at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
My research seeks to better understand the link between female education and malnutrition trends in a globalized world. I focus on dietary transitions and food system transformations, as well as their impact on human health and associated economic costs.
