Welcome! My name is Alessandro Barone. I'm a third year graduate student in Mathematics at Emory University in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science under the supervision of Alessandro Veneziani. I grew up in Chieti, small town in Abruzzo, Italy, and attended Politecnico di Milano for my bachelor and master degrees in Mathematical Engineering.
My broad mathematical interests concern numerical partial differential equations, inverse problems and scientific computing; see the Research tab for more details.
In my spare time, I enjoy being with my friends, going to the gym, reading, music and dancing.
