Postdoc in Mathematics
I am currently a postdoc at the Institute of Science and Technology Austria (ISTA) in the Kaloshin group.
In December 2025, I completed my PhD at the Università degli Studi di Padova (Italy), under the supervision of Olga Bernardi and Luca Baracco.
My research is in dynamical systems, at the interface of geometry, mathematical physics, and applications. I am interested in how geometry influences the qualitative behaviour of dynamical systems, from billiards and Hamiltonian systems to dissipative dynamics.
While during my PhD I focused on the study of symplectic billiards, more recently, I have been working on mathematical models in fluid dynamics, studying the emergence of meanders in Rossby waves.
