PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy applies to the VoicePay Alert UPI Soundbox Application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by SM STUDIO (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects basic device information when you download and use it. This includes:

Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP Address).

The pages within the Application you visit, the time and date of visits, and the duration spent on those pages.

The operating system and hardware model of your mobile device.

2. Core Service Data (Mandatory Disclosure)

Notification Services: The Application utilizes the Android ‘Notification Listener Service’ as its core functionality to detect incoming payment alerts from applications such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), and Paytm.
Local Processing: All notification data is processed locally on your device to provide real-time voice announcements.
Storage: We do NOT upload your transaction data to our servers. Financial records are stored securely within the Application’s private internal storage, isolated from other apps on your device.
Optional Sharing: If you explicitly enable and configure the "Telegram Forwarding" feature, transaction details are sent directly to the Telegram API using the Bot Token provided by you. This data is not shared with the Service Provider.

3. Advanced Technology

The Application uses smart algorithmic parsing to identify payment details. This technology is designed to operate locally on your device without transmitting your private financial communications to any cloud-based Artificial Intelligence servers.

4. Permissions & Security

System Overlay: Required to display the "Success Card" over other apps for merchant verification.

Biometrics: Used strictly to secure your application history and settings; biometric data is processed by the Android system and is never accessible to the Application.

Battery Optimization: The Application may request to ignore battery optimizations to ensure voice alerts trigger reliably in the background.

6. Personal Data Collection

For a better experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide minimal preferences. However, the Application does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, phone number, or bank account details to the Service Provider.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

User-provided data (like settings and locally stored history) is retained as long as the Application is installed. You can stop all information collection simply by uninstalling the Application. To request deletion of any locally stored records manually, please contact us at smstudioapp24@gmail.com.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Application is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly solicit data from children under the age of 13. If it is discovered that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

9. Security

We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process. However, please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application is deemed as approval of all changes.
