AlertPay is designed to detect payment notifications on the user's device and read them aloud. The app functions locally and depends on the proper configuration of Android permissions granted by the user.
The user is solely responsible for:

Managing notification visibility settings on their device.
Ensuring that sensitive information is handled according to their own privacy preferences.
2. No Data Collection
AlertPay does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. All processing occurs locally on the user's device.
3. User Responsibility
By using the app, the user acknowledges and agrees that:
They understand how the Android Notification Listener Service works.
The handling and privacy of notification content on their device is at their own discretion.
The developer is not responsible for misconfigurations, device settings, or third-party notification content.
4. Limitation of Liability
AlertPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
5. Changes to These Terms
The developer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
AlertPay does not collect, store, or share personal user data.
The app uses Android Notification Listener Service solely to detect payment notifications generated by other apps on the device and read them aloud.
The app does not access bank accounts, financial institutions, or payment platforms directly.
No notification content is transmitted, stored remotely, or shared with third parties. All processing occurs locally on the user's device.
The Notification Listener permission is optional and can be revoked at any time from the device settings.
By using the app, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions of use. The user understands that the management and privacy of notifications on their device is at their own discretion and responsibility.
The app does not target children under the age of 13.
