Welcome to Alerto Soundbox ("App", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App and related services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Alerto Soundbox is a UPI payment announcement application that helps users receive voice notifications for incoming UPI payments by processing supported payment notifications on their device.
The App is intended to assist merchants, shop owners, businesses, and individuals in monitoring payment notifications.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age required by applicable law to enter into legally binding agreements.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
You will use the App only for lawful purposes.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
You authorize Google Play to charge the applicable subscription fee.
Subscription benefits remain active only during an active subscription period.
Access to premium features may be limited or removed if a subscription expires or is canceled.
Subscription pricing may vary by region, currency, taxes, and applicable promotions.
Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
You can manage, cancel, or review your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
If you cancel a subscription, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
The App may verify subscription status using Google Play services to determine whether premium features should be enabled.
Subscription verification does not include access to your payment credentials, bank details, UPI PIN, or card information.
All payment processing is handled directly by Google Play and its supported payment providers.
The App requires Notification Access permission to provide its core functionality.
By enabling this permission, you authorize the App to process supported UPI and banking payment notifications solely for the purpose of generating payment announcements.
The App does not use notification data for:
Advertising
Marketing
Profiling
Sale to third parties
Notification processing is subject to our Privacy Policy.
We strive to provide reliable service; however, we do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available.
The App will operate without interruption.
Payment announcements will always be delivered without delay.
Every payment notification from every payment application will be detected successfully.
Performance may be affected by:
Device manufacturer restrictions
Battery optimization settings
Android system limitations
Network issues
Third-party payment application behavior
Notification restrictions imposed by Android or device manufacturers
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
Interfere with the operation or security of the App.
Circumvent subscription or licensing mechanisms.
Misuse the App in any manner that could harm us, the App, or other users.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, logos, and content, remain the property of Sherasiya Tech.
No part of the App may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, licensed, or reproduced without prior written permission.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not responsible for missed, delayed, incorrect, or incomplete payment announcements.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from device malfunctions, operating system restrictions, battery optimization settings, notification restrictions, or third-party application behavior.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.
Users should not rely solely on the App as proof of payment or transaction confirmation.
Official confirmation of any payment should always be obtained from the relevant bank, UPI application, or payment service provider.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to premium features or App services if:
You violate these Terms.
You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
Required subscription payments are not completed.
Continued access may harm the App, its users, or our services.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play.
Refund requests are governed by Google Play's refund policies and procedures.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may assist users with subscription-related inquiries; however, final payment processing and refund decisions are handled by Google Play.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on the applicable Terms page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
