Hello!

My name is Aleksei Piskunov and this is my personal website.

Since October 2022 I'm a PhD student in mathematics at the Technion (Israel) under the supervision of Howard Nuer.

I'm currently on the job market looking for a post-doc position in Algebraic/Arithmetic geometry or related areas starting winter 2027 or later.

My main research currently focuses on moduli spaces of sheaves on surfaces of Kodaira dimension zero, but I'm also interested in Algebraic and Arithmetic Geometry in a very broad sense, especially in the derived setting or with connection to Representation Theory.

Before the Technion I completed my Bachelor and Master at HSE University (Moscow),  where I was studying Geometric Representation Theory and Arithmetic/Algebraic Geometry.
