Hi I am Joanalyn Alejo. I was born at Andres Bonifacio Medical Center in Manila, but I was raised in the peaceful and humble town of Cordon, Isabela. I come from a simple yet loving family. My father is a hardworking farmer who spends long days in the field to provide for us, while my mother is a devoted housewife who has always been the heart of our home. We may not have had much in terms of wealth or luxury, but what we had was far more valuable—love, unity, and contentment.

Growing up, I was surrounded by the warmth of my family and the support of a close-knit community. As a child, I witnessed the sacrifices my parents made just to give us a decent life. They taught me the importance of humility, respect, and perseverance. From them, I learned that success is not measured by material possessions, but by how you treat others, how hard you work, and how true you stay to your values.

Their unconditional love and unwavering faith in me became my motivation to study harder and dream bigger. I realized early on that education would be my key to a better future not only for myself, but also for the people I love. Every lesson I learned in school, every challenge I faced, and every success I achieved became stepping stones toward becoming a better version of myself.

Being raised in Cordon taught me to appreciate the beauty of simple living, the joy of helping others, and the power of resilience. Even in difficult times, we remained strong and hopeful. My background did not limit me—instead, it empowered me. It gave me a deeper understanding of life and a stronger desire to create a meaningful impact in whatever path I choose.
