At the intersection of computational biology, psychophysiology, and transformative psychology, I build research protocols, teach university science, and accompany individuals through structured processes of self-inquiry and personal exploration.
My focus: human adaptation under environmental stressors and the perceptual-cognitive processes that shape experience.
Current Focus & Previous Projects
Bridging academic research, teaching practice, and applied personal-development methodologies.
Psychophysiological protocols development (EEG and CES) at IIEPS facilities in Querétaro, Mexico. (Aug & Dec 2025; ongoing collaboration). Designed and implemented psychophysiological research protocols incorporating EEG and CES devices for the 2024-2028 IIEPS research cycle, establishing standardized methods for measuring our brain's response and cognitive state changes through specific timeline and intermediate processes which create our reality through: perception, experience and consciousness .
Computational molecular adaptation research in anchialine cave shrimp (Typhlatya dzilamensis): AlphaFold2 structure prediction, B-factor analysis, and normal mode analysis pipelines. Applied computational structural biology methods (AlphaFold2, molecular modeling) to investigate protein adaptation in extreme environments, specifically studying mitochondrial chain complexes and its proteins in cave-adapted shrimp.
Education
Master of Science in Biology — Texas A&M University–San Antonio (Aug 2024). Focus: computational molecular evolution, bioinformatics, biostatistics.
Bachelor of Science in Psychology — Texas A&M University–San Antonio (May 2022). Graduated Cum Laude. Focus: research methods, statistics, physiological psychology.
Selected Experience
Adjunct Professor — Texas A&M University–San Antonio (2024–Present)

Vivencias S.C. (2000–2006): co-founded and directed seminars and organizational change programs across central Mexico.
IIEPS Querétaro Extension (2003–2009): established and managed the Institute’s regional extension.
Breathe-Respira (2017–2020): case manager focused on counseling, spirituality, and multicultural education.
App Developer & Product Designer (2024–Present)
CIT / IIEPS / NeuroLógica Producciones — Remote collaboration with Mexico
Leading development of two mobile applications supporting IIEPS research and educational programs:
"EndocentricDream1App" — Lucid dreaming training app featuring audio inductions, journaling, and structured exercises for consciousness exploration research and didactic courses.
"MoonaturalCycles" — A privacy-first journaling app designed for women interested in exploring connections between their daily experiences and natural cycles.
