Community Health Planning Leadership

As the lead author, I developed and coordinated the implementation of the City of El Paso Department of Public Health’s first-ever Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) and Non-Emergency Communication Plan. These initiatives brought together public health programs, healthcare organizations, and community partners to establish a shared vision for improving health outcomes and strengthening communication with the communities we serve.
