About Me

I am a PhD student in Language & Knowledge Engineering (LKE) in the Faculty of Computer Science at Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP). 

I obtained my master's degree in Science in Computer Science at Instituto Nacional de Astrofísica, Óptica y Electrónica (INAOE), under the supervision of Prof. Jose Martinez-Carranza. I have worked on diverse computer vision and robotics applications as a member of the intelligent UAS group of the INAOE's QuetzalC++ drone team, winner of national and international awards. In addition, I have participated in two research projects, developing algorithms for artificial intelligence and UAVs in the robotics laboratory of the INAOE. I have five years of experience in research, as well as scientific dissemination activities, tutorials, courses and live demonstrations of autonomous drones. Also, I am interested in deep learning approaches for practical AI applications in localisation.
