Cloudpaw is a mobile game developed and operated by Aldehyde Studios, an independent developer based in North Macedonia. This Privacy Policy explains how Cloudpaw and the Google services included in the game handle information.

Cloudpaw stores information locally so the game can preserve progress and preferences. This may include:
Progress, run distance, high scores and achievements
Coin, Diamond and Cookie balances, owned content, equipped cosmetics and perk entitlements
Power-up upgrades, daily quests, rewards and Lucky Wheel state
Purchase-entitlement records and a one-way fingerprint used to prevent duplicate purchase fulfilment
Audio, vibration, tilt, notification, privacy and other settings
A broad age category, tutorial state and gameplay state
Cloudpaw asks users to select one of three broad age categories: 12 or younger, 13–17, or 18 or older. It does not request an exact birth date. This category is stored locally and is used to apply age-appropriate consent and advertising treatment. Unknown or invalid ages receive child-protective treatment.
Players may use a Google account and Play Games profile created and managed outside Cloudpaw. Depending on the player’s Google Play Games settings, authentication may occur automatically after Cloudpaw’s age-selection step. Cloudpaw does not create or manage Google accounts, and ordinary gameplay remains available without Play Games sign-in.
When a player signs in, Google Play Games Services may provide Cloudpaw with a Play Games player identifier, display name and profile image. Cloudpaw uses this information to show sign-in status, provide achievements and associate saved-game data with the player’s Play Games profile.
When Play Games authentication succeeds, Cloudpaw automatically starts Saved Games synchronization. It may upload an encrypted-in-transit snapshot containing:
Coin, Diamond and Cookie balances
Best distance
Eligible owned and equipped cosmetics
Tutorial progress and achievements
Upgrades and eligible perk progression
Daily quest and Lucky Wheel state
Save-version, revision, timestamp and save-lineage information used to manage synchronization and conflicts
This snapshot does not include the selected age category, device preferences such as audio or tilt settings, raw purchase tokens, local purchase-token fingerprints, or permanent real-money purchase-entitlement records. Permanent paid products are handled separately through Google Play Billing.
Saved Games supports recovery after reinstalling and synchronization between supported Android installations using the same Play Games profile. Recovery depends on an available, successfully synchronized snapshot. Recent progress may be missing if a backup is unavailable or out of date.
Cloudpaw may ask the player to choose between local and cloud progress when the copies differ. Ordinary local gameplay remains available if synchronization fails.
Aldehyde Studios does not operate a game server and does not retain its own copy of Play Games profile or Saved Games data. Google stores and processes this information under the Google Privacy Policy and applicable Play Games terms.
Cloudpaw uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements at natural breaks between runs.
Rewarded ads appear only after the player chooses to watch one. An interstitial may appear after every third finalized loss for players who have not completed a verified real-money purchase. A verified purchase removes automatic interstitial ads for that local player; optional rewarded ads remain available.
Cloudpaw uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent and provide privacy choices where required. When privacy options are required, they can be reopened through Ad Privacy in Cloudpaw’s Settings.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or share:
An IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location
App and advertisement interactions, such as app launches, taps and ad views
Diagnostic information, such as launch time, hang rate and energy usage
Device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising ID or app set ID where applicable
These categories may be used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance. Google states that Mobile Ads data is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Google and partners identified by its consent interface process information under their own terms and the player’s choices.

Cloudpaw offers optional purchases of virtual currency, cosmetic content and permanent perk entitlements through Google Play Billing.
Google processes payment. Aldehyde Studios does not receive or store payment-card details, bank details or Google account passwords.
Cloudpaw receives limited purchase information, including product identifier, purchase state and purchase token, to:
Deliver purchased content
Avoid duplicate purchase fulfilment
Restore eligible permanent products
Handle pending or cancelled transactions
After fulfilment, Cloudpaw stores a one-way SHA-256 fingerprint rather than the raw purchase token in its save data. Google may retain transaction information under its own policies.
Once Coin and Diamond purchases have been fulfilled and consumed through Google Play Billing, purchase history alone cannot reconstruct the player’s remaining currency balance. Recovery of those balances depends on the local save or a sufficiently recent Saved Games snapshot.
Aldehyde Studios does not maintain a separate purchase or currency-balance server.
Cloudpaw is intended for a mixed audience that includes children. It does not ask children to directly provide an email address, exact birth date, precise location, phone number, contacts or messages.
For players aged 12 or younger, and players whose age is unknown, Cloudpaw marks ad requests as child-directed and under the age of consent. Players aged 13–17 receive conservative under-age treatment.
Cloudpaw uses a maximum G ad-content rating and Google AdMob without additional mediation networks.
Optional Play Games sign-in is provided by Google. A child account’s access and data handling may also be controlled by Google family settings and applicable laws.

Cloudpaw uses motion sensors for tilt controls. Motion readings are processed on the device and are not stored or transmitted to Aldehyde Studios.
Cloudpaw may use vibration, audio focus and optional local notifications. Daily reminders are scheduled locally after permission is granted. Cloudpaw does not use remote push messaging.
Cloudpaw does not include Firebase Analytics, and Aldehyde Studios does not operate a developer analytics or gameplay backend.
The integrated Google services described in this policy include AdMob and UMP, Google Play Billing, and optional Play Games Services, including achievements and Saved Games. These services may process information for their own disclosed purposes, including service operation, analytics, security and fraud prevention.
Aldehyde Studios does not sell personal information.
Information is transmitted to Google and its disclosed partners for the services and purposes described above. Google Play may independently process information when users download, update, review or purchase Cloudpaw.
Local Cloudpaw data remains on the device until it is removed using Cloudpaw’s reset controls, Android’s application-storage controls or uninstalling the game.
Reset controls may affect only the data identified by that control. Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling removes its locally stored data, but does not automatically delete information already held by Google.
Players can manage or delete Cloudpaw data held through Google Play Games using Google’s controls. Menu wording can vary by device or service version. Common routes include:
In the Google Play Store app: Profile → Settings → General → Play Games profile → Privacy & settings → Delete profile & game data. Select Cloudpaw under individual game data.
On the web: Visit Google Play Games profile, open Your Data, choose the option to delete Play Games account and data, and select the individual Cloudpaw game data where offered.

Deleting local data does not automatically delete the cloud snapshot, and deleting the cloud snapshot does not automatically clear local device data. Complete removal may require both actions.
If Cloudpaw authenticates again while a cloud copy exists, saved progress may be restored. Continued signed-in play may create another cloud snapshot.
Google may retain other information, such as payment records or advertising data, under its own retention policies. Deleting Cloudpaw’s game data does not necessarily delete those records.

Describe the data or correspondence you want deleted, but do not send passwords or payment information. Aldehyde Studios can delete support correspondence it controls, but cannot directly access or delete data held solely in a player’s Google account. Such requests must use Google’s controls.
If you contact us, we receive the email address and information you choose to include and use them to respond to your request.
Google service transmissions described above use encrypted connections, including TLS.
Cloudpaw keeps a local working save and synchronizes only the selected progress described above when authenticated with Play Games.
The age-category record and device preferences remain local to Cloudpaw and are not included in its Saved Games snapshot. The category is used to configure age-appropriate Google service treatment as described above.
No storage or transmission method is completely secure, but Cloudpaw limits data use to the functions described in this policy.
This policy may be updated when Cloudpaw’s features, services, laws or data practices change. Material changes will be reflected by changing the effective date.
