Welcome to Al Dahabi: Arab Community & Friends. This app is developed and published by kasbah. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with Google Play requirements and applicable data protection regulations. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you register and while you use the app:
- Full name and username
- Email address
- Gender and birth year (required to verify you are 18+)
- Country and city
- Profession and education level
- Bio and optional community information (languages, hobbies)
- Profile photo URL (if provided)
- Chat history and messages with other users
- In-app actions such as profile visits and block lists
- Device push notification token (for push notifications, with your consent)
- Approximate device location at registration only, to suggest your country automatically — not stored afterward
- IP address at registration only for security purposes — not stored permanently
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not access your camera or photo gallery, nor do we collect photos directly.
- We do not track your precise or continuous GPS location — the location permission is used once at registration only.
- The IP address used at registration is not stored permanently and is not used for any other purpose.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Display your profile to other users according to your privacy settings
- Enable you to communicate with other users via chats
- Send push notifications (new messages, profile visits) via Firebase Cloud Messaging
- Manage your paid subscription via Apple/Google In-App Purchase and validate receipts
- Maintain community safety by reviewing reports and enforcing usage policies
- Protect against automated abuse via Google reCAPTCHA during registration
- Display ads to free users via Google AdMob
- Improve app performance and user experience
4. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use the following services to operate the app:
- Google Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Messaging) — for data storage, authentication, and push notifications
- Google reCAPTCHA — for protection against automated accounts during registration
- Apple / Google In-App Purchase — for processing payments and validating subscriptions
- Google AdMob — for displaying ads to free users
- We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure Google Firebase servers. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. No storage system is 100% secure, so we encourage you to protect your account credentials.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (Settings → Delete Account Permanently), all your personal data, conversations, and interactions are permanently deleted from our databases. Some backup data may take up to 30 days to be fully deleted.
7. Your Rights
- Access and edit your data through your profile page in the app
- Hide your profile from other users at any time (Settings)
- Restrict which nationalities can see your profile (Settings → Allowed Nationalities)
- Turn off push notifications through your device system settings
- Permanently delete your account and all your data from within the app

8. Child Safety
Al Dahabi is exclusively for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from people under this age. If we discover that a user under 18 has registered, we will delete the account immediately.
9. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app displays ads to users not subscribed to the paid plan via Google AdMob. Ads do not appear for Al Dahabi Gold subscribers.
- Google AdMob may use your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android) to serve ads relevant to your interests
- On iOS, an ad tracking permission request (ATT) appears on first launch; you may decline without affecting your access
- You can opt out of personalized ads from device settings: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (iOS) or Google Settings → Ads (Android)
- Ad data is subject to Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
10. Tracking Technologies
Our app does not use cookies. We use Google reCAPTCHA during registration to protect against bots, and Google AdMob to display ads — both are subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via an in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
13. Data Safety (Google Play Requirement)
In accordance with Google Play Data Safety requirements:
- Data collected: personal information (name, email, age, gender), approximate location (registration only), app messages, device identifier for notifications and ads
- Data shared: device advertising ID with Google AdMob for ad serving, authentication data with Google Firebase
- Data NOT collected: passwords, payment card details, or continuous location
- Security: all data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS
- Data deletion: you can delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Settings → Delete Account)
- Your data is never sold to any third party

مرحباً بك في تطبيق الذهبي : مجتمع وأصدقاء عرب. هذا التطبيق مطوَّر ومنشور بواسطة kasbah. نحن نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية وفق متطلبات Google Play وسياسات حماية البيانات المعمول بها. توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من معلومات، وكيف نستخدمها، ومع من نشاركها، وكيف نحميها.
1. المعلومات التي نجمعها
نجمع المعلومات التالية عند تسجيلك وأثناء استخدامك للتطبيق:
- الاسم الكامل واسم المستخدم
- عنوان البريد الإلكتروني
- الجنس وسنة الميلاد (مطلوبة للتحقق من بلوغك 18 عاماً)
- الدولة والمدينة
- المهنة والمستوى التعليمي
- النبذة الشخصية ومعلومات مجتمعية اختيارية (اللغات، الهوايات)
- رابط صورة الملف الشخصي (إن وُجدت)
- سجل المحادثات والرسائل مع المستخدمين الآخرين
- الإجراءات داخل التطبيق كزيارات الملفات الشخصية وقوائم الحظر
- رمز إشعارات الجهاز (Device Push Token) لإرسال الإشعارات الفورية إن وافقت
- الموقع الجغرافي التقريبي للجهاز عند التسجيل فقط لاقتراح دولتك تلقائياً — لا يُخزَّن بعد ذلك
- عنوان IP عند التسجيل فقط لأغراض الأمان — لا يُخزَّن بشكل دائم
2. معلومات لا نجمعها
- لا نصل إلى الكاميرا أو معرض الصور، ولا نجمع صوراً مباشرة.
- لا نتتبع موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق بشكل مستمر — إذن الموقع يُسخدم مرة واحدة فقط عند التسجيل.
- عنوان IP لا يُخزَّن بشكل دائم ولا يُستخدَم لأي غرض آخر.
3. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
- عرض ملفك الشخصي للمستخدمين الآخرين وفق إعدادات الخصوصية
- تمكينك من التواصل عبر المحادثات
- إرسال إشعارات فورية عبر Firebase Cloud Messaging
- إدارة اشتراكك المدفوع عبر Apple/Google In-App Purchase
- الحفاظ على سلامة المجتمع من خلال مراجعة البلاغات
- الحماية من الاستخدام الآلي عبر Google reCAPTCHA
- عرض إعلانات للمستخدمين غير المشتركين عبر Google AdMob
- تحسين أداء التطبيق وتجربة المستخدم
4. مشاركة المعلومات مع أطراف ثالثة
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تجارية. نستخدم الخدمات التالية:

5. تخزين البيانات وأمانها
يتم تخزين بياناتك على خوادم Google Firebase المؤمَّنة. نتخذ إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحمايتها. لا يوجد نظام تخزين آمن بنسبة 100%، لذا نشجعك على حماية بيانات اعتمادك.
6. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما كان حسابك نشطاً. عند حذف حسابك (الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب نهائياً) يتم حذف جميع بياناتك بشكل دائم. قد تستغرق البيانات الاحتياطية ما يصل إلى 30 يوماً.
7. حقوقك
- الوصول إلى بياناتك وتعديلها من خلال صفحة ملفك الشخصي
- إخفاء ملفك الشخصي عن المستخدمين الآخرين (الإعدادات)
- تحديد الجنسيات التي يمكنها رؤية ملفك (الإعدادات ← الجنسيات المسموح بها)
- إيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات الجهاز
- حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك نهائياً من داخل التطبيق

8. حماية الأطفال
التطبيق مخصص حصراً لمن تجاوزوا 18 عاماً. لا نجمع معلومات عن عمد من أشخاص دون هذا السن. إذا اكتشفنا ذلك، سنحذف الحساب فوراً.
9. الإعلانات (Google AdMob)
يعرض التطبيق إعلانات للمستخدمين غير المشتركين عبر Google AdMob. لا تظهر الإعلانات لأصحاب اشتراك الذهبي.
- قد تستخدم AdMob معرّف الإعلان الخاص بجهازك (IDFA/GAID) لتقديم إعلانات ملائمة
- على iOS يظهر طلب إذن تتبع الإعلانات (ATT) عند أول تشغيل
- يمكنك إيقاف الإعلانات الشخصية من إعدادات الجهاز
- بيانات الإعلانات تخضع لسياسة خصوصية Google: policies.google.com/privacy
10. التتبع والتقنيات المشابهة
لا يستخدم تطبيقنا ملفات تعريف الارتباط. نستخدم Google reCAPTCHA أثناء التسجيل وGoogle AdMob لعرض الإعلانات، وكلاهما يخضع لسياسة خصوصية Google.
11. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سنعلمك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني.
13. أمان البيانات (متطلبات Google Play)
وفقاً لمتطلبات Google Play — قسم سلامة البيانات:
- البيانات المجمَّعة: معلومات شخصية (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، العمر، الجنس)، معلومات الموقع التقريبي (عند التسجيل فقط)، رسائل التطبيق، معرّف الجهاز لأغراض الإشعارات والإعلانات
- البيانات المشتركة: معرّف الجهاز الإعلاني مع Google AdMob لعرض الإعلانات، بيانات المصادقة مع Google Firebase
- البيانات غير المجمَّعة: لا نجمع كلمات المرور ولا معلومات بطاقات الدفع ولا الموقع المستمر
- الأمان: جميع البيانات مشفَّرة أثناء النقل عبر HTTPS/TLS
- حذف البيانات: يمكنك حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب)
- لا تُباع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث
