Inspired from the previous Public Transport business (JD Transport) which started from the year 1980’s, this company has started its own trucking business in the year 2006 with its main office address at Barangay Punta, Ormoc City, by way of transporting various goods of either in containerized or in bulk from the provinces of Cebu, Leyte and Samar and vice versa. Started engaging in this business with four (4) units of trucks and six (6) units of trailers, together with hard-work, dedication and honesty, the company has been able to grown up and expand its nature of business into a complete logistics.

The company has acquired cargo lifting equipment like forklifts in various capacities, gears and low bed trailers in order to support and respond to the requirement of the clients especially for containerized shipments, special project cargoes and bulk shipments.+

It has also acquired in the later part of the year 2019 a 45 tonner Hydraulic Crane for the purpose of serving containerized cargoes either in full container load (FCL) or loose cargo load (LCL) to be use for stripping and stuffing at Ormoc yard and other services. Additional truck units and trailers were acquired in order to augment the logistical capability in Cebu and Leyte. From trucking business, the company has been able to engross into shipping business, and being neophyte in the shipping arena, it leads the company to create an ambition for a persistent quality service with integrity, reliability and commitment, and aiming to be the first preference shipping carrier in the areas of Cebu, Leyte and Surigao.

By the first quarter of the year 2022, the company has been able to augment and expand its shipping business by opening a new link from Benit, San Ricardo, Southern Leyte to Lipata, Surigao del Norte and vice versa. This route has been opened in order to respond the needs to decongest the clogging situation of Liloan Port, Southern Leyte especially the hardest time after the typhoon Odette.

Another milestone of good and trustworthy service, the company will soon be opening another link from Padre Burgos, Southern Leyte to Lipata, Surigao del Norte. This is a visionary route that will aim to serve all rolling cargoes especially 10 wheeler trucks and heavy cargoes from Luzon and Visayas to Mindanao and vise versa without the need of traversing the risky mountainous areas of Bato/Bontoc Road, the congestion of Liloan Port and the risky saddle located along San Ricardo, Southern Leyte.

The company has also engaged in supplying and transporting aggregates supplies in various destinations in the Philippines with the use of our six (6) units chartered LCT Vessels.

· Transporting Copper Cathodes from Isabel to Cebu, CIP;

· Transporting Selica Quartz from various sources in Bohol, Cebu and Negros Oriental to Isabel, Leyte;

· Delivery of foreign and local container vans from Cebu CIP to Isabel, Leyte;

· Accepting and delivery of breakbulk and loose cargoes from Cebu to Isabel and vise versa;

· Supporting PASAR in providing equipments and container vans for their shipments.

2. ENERGY DEVELOPMENT CORP.

· Transporting containerized foreign vans (20 footers to 45 footers) from Cebu CIP to EDC Facility at Tongonan, Leyte;

· Cater project cargoes from Cebu to Leyte and vise versa.

3. CITI HARDWARE

· Exclusive hauler and courier for their containerized shipments from Cebu to Leyte and Samar Provinces.

In the year 2018, the company has been able to acquire thru rental parcels of land at both in Cebu City and Ormoc City, which will served as container yards and garage in order to respond the company’s continued growing business in trucking and acceptance of consolidation of cargoes.

The company’s trade name (ALD) has been extracted from the owner/proprietor’s name himself ANTERO LATO DOYON.
