Bezahlbarer Wohnraum für wirklich alle
ALCYDON schlägt vor, die Städte und Gemeinden der Benelux-Staaten proaktiv eine Reihe sehr erschwinglicher, moderner, modularer und skalierbarer Häuser bereitzustellen, die in Brüssel unter Einsatz innovativer Technologien und vieler verfügbarer Arbeitskräfte gebaut werden sollen.
Die gesamten Baukosten dieser Mietwohnungen trägt ALCYDON. ALCYDON bleibt während des gesamten Lebenszyklus für alle Wohneinheiten verantwortlich. Städte und Gemeinden, die uns für diesen Zweck und über einen längeren Zeitraum geeignete Grundstücke zur Verfügung stellen, erhalten zehn Prozent der Mieteinnahmen. Unser Fokus liegt nicht auf kurzfristiger Gewinnmaximierung, sondern auf Weitsicht und der langfristigen Lebensqualität der Gemeinschaften. Darüber hinaus werden alle Wohneinheiten mit innovativem Komfort ausgestattet sein, der allen aktuellen und zukünftigen Herausforderungen der sich wandelnden Umweltbedingungen gerecht wird.
Bei unseren Maßnahmen zur Schaffung von barrierefreiem Wohnraum für die Zielgruppe berücksichtigen wir auch vorübergehend eingeschränkte Möglichkeiten. Die Mietpreise werden stabilisiert und auf einem erschwinglichen Niveau gehalten (und sind daher nicht spekulationsgefährdet), sodass Menschen, die vorübergehend Einschränkungen auf dem Wohnungsmarkt erfahren, hier Kraft und Widerstandsfähigkeit aufbauen können – solange ihre aktuelle Situation und ihre Wünsche dies erfordern.

Belgisch Limburg beschikt nog over een zinvolle hoeveelheid steenkool in de ondergrond die zich perfect zou kunnen lenen om een geheel nieuw technologisch spoor uit te zetten met effectieve en significante economische output. In een publiek privaat model met zowel Nederlands als Belgisch Limburg (POM) kan gedacht worden aan specialisatie-research en ontwikkeling van, samen met UHasselt, nanocarbon, grafeen (en meer) gecombineerd met de verdere ontwikkeling van, samen met TUe, ons robotmining programma.

Not to mention the jobs created for the development and production of this new energy carrier.

To be clear in the modern world of slogan communication: Alcydon has no ambition to become a rail operator and has nothing but praise for the essential and fantastic work that Amtrak and his dedicated employees accomplish day after day. The point is that this wonderful logistics also seems to lend itself particularly naturally to our concept of medically urgent logistics.
We want to at least explore whether the idea of a potential collaboration could take root. This proposed synergy might seem strange, but it fits perfectly within our holistic vision regarding medical issues, among other things. Multifunctionality is often a matter of course in Nature. As ardent proponents of bionic design and process control, our approach makes sense.
Amtrak should view the matter as if we were becoming a long term dedicated and regular passenger. A passenger who can bring significant benefits. Implementing this initiative nationwide would fully compensate for the annual structural budgetary deficit of 1.6 billion, to name it specifically. Yes, the latter is not an impossibility.
The subject of this transport—particularly specific and innovative radioisotopes and the very latest radiotherapies—also deserves strong consideration. Optimizing this transport makes it possible, first and foremost, for the therapies to be applied at all, because some of those new therapies are viable for only a few hours and then become worthless. That is a terrible waste.
So, through collaboration, the very latest therapies can reach more patients and at a more affordable price (which in itself can save lives).
And no one at traditional courier services needs to fear for their job either. Fewer people are not needed; on the contrary, more are. Specifically, in a first national phase, a scaling up to 1,600 jobs (new -real- jobs) could be achieved.
A further uniqueness of our approach to medical logistics is that we integrate virtually all relevant transport; this ranges from our new hyperjets (yet to be further developed), through high-speed trains, to urban metro lines, urban bus services, and last-mile vans. And all of this is delivered by both familiar and potentially new faces, the in person logistic officers, who safeguard the total service.

Alcydons first GeoReactor X01, the first SolidHydrogen and the first BioSynfuel reactors will all be developped in Houston, TX . Our bionic model offers far more than just an energy solution; it can manage energy, water, and many other resources. The systems are capable of withstanding light to severe flooding and extreme storm surges. Furthermore, they offer the possibility of water storage as a redundant water reserve system for periods of mild to extreme drought. In parallel with storage, deep water purification can also take place, removing not only PFAS but also other chemical and/or pathogenic substances.
We are aiming for close cooperation with potential strategic partners. This opens up promising energy perspectives for all partners and can be easily scaled after the implementation of a pilot platform to offer other industrial users a cost-effective energy solution or even to provide "social energy" from the outset.
