ALCYDON neemt initiatief om een scenario voor te stellen dat beide landen zou kunnen toelaten om op soepele, elegante en lucratieve manier kleine plooien glad te strijken die mogelijk zijn ontstaan bij de bouw van marine fregatten in het gezamelijke bouwschema.

Zo'n scenario zou er als volgt kunnen uitzien:

1) 1.200.000.000 EUR overhead kosten aan Damen shipyards worden betaald door België;

2) 1.200.000.000 EUR worden terugbetaald door Nederland aan België;

3) 1.200.000.000 EUR worden aangewend als investeringskapitaal in een nieuwe aeronautische onderneming in Antwerpen (Opel site) waarin zowel de Nederlandse als Belgische overheid door hun transacties automatisch participeren. Met bovendien een aangekoppelde werkgelegenheid, in opschaling, van 600 mensen voor elk land; totaal 1200 nieuwe banen. Deze onderneming zou zich specialiseren in bijzondere scheeps- en luchtvaartmodellen zowel voor defensieve als commerciêle toepassing die volledig afwijken van de modellen zoals die vandaag ontwikkeld worden door Damen. Waardoor beide werven in synergie-modus kunnen opereren. Bijzonder zou ook de focus zijn op alternatieve onderscheppingstechnologie, zowel actieve als passieve defensietechnologie en de ontwikkeling en productie van nieuwe halfgeleiders;

4) De nieuwe onderneming koopt navenant en na onderlinge afspraak beide overheden (al of niet) geheel uit voor een bedrag van elk 1.200.000.000 EUR. Hierdoor wordt de initiële extra kost (voor de twee Belgische fregatten van de Damen-werf) omgeturnd in een investeringstransactie met significante ROI voor beide regeringen bovendien (langdurige en zinvolle jobcreatie en prijsvoordeel op nieuwe innovatieve producten).

Conclusie: In dit scenario betaalt uiteindelijk de nieuwe onderneming Damen shipyards voor diens overhead kosten. Daar zou tegenover staan dat Damen meehelpt aan het ontwikkelen en de bouw van een nieuw commercieel type veerboot (voor ondermeer Indonesië; het is vanuit commercieel oogpunt nu het ogenblik daarvoor). Dit zou een gezamelijk businessmodel voor de verdere toekomst kunnen worden (bouw, onderhoud, herstel, ...). Damen zou onze nieuwe onderneming op een andere manier ook kunnen bijstaan bij het op de kaart zetten van onze merchant fleet, met basis zowel in zowel Antwerpen als Rotterdam. Ook dit kan een gezamelijk model voor de toekomst vormen.

Ons voorstel is een eerste aanzet of voorzet en dus niet volledig in detail voorgesteld; maar het moet aantonen dat er zinnige oplossingen mogelijk zijn waar alle betrokken partijen mee gebaat kunnen zijn. Bovendien kunnen we er ook onze nabije en verdere samenlevingen mee vooruit helpen.

Entwicklung von Carports und Garagenboxen mit innovativem Energiemanagement

In turbulenten und verwirrenden Zeiten müssen Menschen (und zukunftsorientierte Unternehmen) einander unterstützen. ALCYDON reicht dem Volkswagen-Konzern und seiner Tochtergesellschaft Elli die Hand mit einem Vorschlag zur Umnutzung des ehemaligen Standorts in Vorst (Brüssel).

Zu den ersten nachhaltigen Produkten, die auf dem ehemaligen VW-(Audi-)Gelände in Vorst hergestellt werden können, gehören potenziell innovative Carports und Garagenboxen zur öffentlichen und privaten Nutzung auf Mietbasis.

Der Vorschlag sieht vor, dass ALCYDON diese ersten Produkte seinen Kunden über den VW-Konzern zur Miete anbietet. Die Gewinne würden zwischen beiden Parteien aufgeteilt. ALCYDON wäre für Entwicklung, Produktion und gegebenenfalls Auslieferung sowie für Recycling und Wiederverwendung der Produkte nach deren Nutzungsdauer in einem geschlossenen Kreislauf verantwortlich. ALCYDON kann diese Produkte optimal mit den Mobilitätsprodukten des VW-Konzerns ergänzen.

Die Idee ist, dass die Carports und Garagenboxen nicht nur eine attraktive Designlösung für Parkplatzprobleme bieten, sondern auch innovative Energiespeichersysteme und, je nach Ausführung, eine Energieerzeugungskapazität aufweisen. Dadurch sollte es möglich sein, nicht nur als Parklösung, sondern auch als Energiequelle in städtischen Netzen sowie in privaten Anwendungen als integrierbares Energiemanagementsystem für Privathäuser und Wohnanlagen zu fungieren. Eine Zusammenarbeit könnte für den VW-Konzern ein sinnvoller, strategischer, marketingorientierter Schritt und eine nette Geste sein.

Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem VW-Konzern könnte es uns ermöglichen, ein Angebot für den Standort abzugeben, das weitgehend den Erwartungen und Zielen des VW-Konzerns entspricht.
