To maximize privacy and performance, Alchemist Wilds: Chem Puzzles is built with an offline-first architecture:
Local Saves: All gameplay progression, solved chemistry crosswords, discovered compounds, collected relics, unlocked cosmetic surroundings, and sound/haptic preferences are saved locally on your device using encrypted storage mechanisms.
Play Offline: You can enjoy all core single-player game modes completely offline without an active internet connection.
No Personal Account Required: You do not need to register with a real name, email address, password, or phone number to play the Game.
When an active internet connection is available, the Game utilizes Google Firebase services (hosted on Google Cloud Platform) to deliver online features, stability, and leaderboards:
Anonymous Authentication (Firebase Auth): The Game automatically assigns an anonymous, randomly generated User Identifier (UID) to your installation. This enables cloud functionality without collecting any personal identity credentials.
Global Online Leaderboards (Cloud Firestore): The Game features global leaderboards allowing players worldwide to compare chemistry puzzle scores. When you participate, only non-sensitive game data is synchronized:
In-game display name (chosen by you, e.g., "Guardian" or a custom alchemist title).
Selected country flag (e.g., "US", "IN", "DE") chosen in your profile.
Earned Alchemist XP, rank tier, and high scores.
App Stability & Crash Diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics & Android Vitals): To detect crashes, eliminate bugs, and maintain optimal performance, the Game collects anonymous diagnostic data (including crash stack traces, device model, operating system version, and performance vitals). No personal documents or sensitive credentials are ever captured.
Game Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase): We collect aggregated, non-personally identifiable telemetry (such as session duration, level completion rates, and game feature engagement) to balance puzzle difficulty, calibrate economy rewards, and improve gameplay.
App Integrity & Security (Play Integrity API): We use Google's Play Integrity API to verify that requests to our cloud services originate from genuine, unmodified versions of the Game downloaded from Google Play, protecting the community from cheats and tampered apps.
To keep the Game free to play and support ongoing development, we show advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process certain non-personally identifiable information, including:
Device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID or IDFA).
Approximate location derived from IP address (solely for ad serving and fraud detection).
In-game ad interactions (such as watching a rewarded video to earn bonus hints or coins).

Alchemist Wilds: Chem Puzzles offers educational chemistry gameplay designed for players of all ages, and we take children's privacy with the utmost seriousness. We strictly comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, and applicable global child safety frameworks:
Family-Safe Ad Configuration: The Google Mobile Ads SDK is strictly initialized with child-directed flags (tagForChildDirectedTreatment: true and tagForUnderAgeOfConsent: true).
Content Rating Restrictions: All advertisements are strictly filtered to a maximum content rating of "G" (General Audiences).
No Behavioral Profiling or Cross-App Tracking: Under these configurations, Google AdMob serves only contextual, non-personalized, family-safe advertisements. User profiling and cross-app tracking are entirely disabled for child-directed sessions.
We respect the privacy rights of all users, including residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK GDPR), and California (under CCPA/CPRA).
User Consent (Google UMP): Players in regulated jurisdictions (such as the EEA and UK) are presented with a Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent dialog on their first launch, allowing them to manage their consent choices.
Non-Personalized Ads: If consent is declined, or if you reside in a region where consent is required and not granted, the Game instructs AdMob to deliver strictly non-personalized ads.
Right to Access & Data Portability: All gameplay progress is visible directly within the Game interface (Profile and Collection screens).
Right to Erasure / Data Deletion (Google Play Compliance): You have full autonomy to delete your data at any time:
Local Data: You can delete all local saves and cached files by selecting "Reset Progress" in the Game Settings or by uninstalling the application.
Cloud Data: You can request the removal of any online leaderboard entry or cloud document associated with your anonymous ID by reaching out to our developer email or resetting your profile within the app.
We implement rigorous technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information:
In Transit: All communications between the Game and Google Firebase / Google Play servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
At Rest: Local application storage employs encryption and secure device keychains where supported by the operating system.
Backend: Cloud database instances are protected by granular Firebase Security Rules that prevent unauthorized access and enforce strict schema boundaries.
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our gameplay features, cloud architecture, or applicable legal requirements.
