1. Two Letters of Recommendation. Letters of Recommendation will be accepted from: a previous or current graduate school instructor and/or a previous or current supervisor (clinical and nonclinical). 

2.  Proof of ALCA membership 

3. Submission of a 3-5 minute video (via YouTube link) or a 500-word essay explaining how participating in this fellowship will:

              1) Influence your counseling career.

              2) How will you utilize the experience to increase participation in ALCA?

              3) Why would you be a good fit for this fellowship?

4. An unofficial transcript from your current program

5. A current professional photo of yourself

6. Completion of an interview with the Internship Committee. (Interviews will be held virtually).
