AL Building Inspection is a property defect inspector firm that defect inspection service for all types of building including residential, commercial and industrial. From new properties to sub-sale properties, we help the owner to identify and record down all the defects found for the overall condition of the property.

AL Building Inspection have more than 20 years of experience in Construction Industry as well as Construction Quality Assessment. We are Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) certified QLASSIC inspectors with expertise in Quality Assurance / Quality Check, architecture, plumbing, mechanical and electrical engineering will ensure that every inspection is done with highest precision and details. All the defect findings in according to the Construction Industry Standard (CIS 7:2014) and Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).
