Albrighton Swimming Pool

Albrighton & District Swimming Club's charitable object is:

"the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation, primarily but not exclusively, for the benefit of the inhabitants living within Albrighton, Boningale, Tong and Donington with Boscobel parish, by the provision of facilities for swimming".

Albrighton Swimming Pool is a unique outdoor swimming pool.  first opened in 1970, located in the village of Albrighton, on the outskirts of Shropshire.

Heated to typically 26-29 degrees C,
the pool is 15m long by 7m wide, from around 0.6m to 2m
at its deepest and situated in the grounds of
Albrighton Primary School, Newhouse Lane.
