親愛的家長、同學：

春天的氣候變幻無常，氣溫咋暖還寒，大家小心不要著涼了。

我們的農曆年慶祝活動非常成功。精彩可愛的舞獅帶來陣陣歡呼聲，大家踴躍參與各項遊戲和手工活動，並在歡樂氣氛中把新春祝福帶回家。特別感謝越棉寮華裔聯誼會的義工為我們寫揮春（春聯）。

學校將於4月25日舉辦朗誦和演講比賽。我們鼓勵同學踴躍參加個人項目（朗誦或講故事），藉此培養和提升公開演說的能力。

3月28日 - 春假

(4月4日) - 復活節長週末

最後，提醒大家不要忘記在本週六晚睡覺前把時鐘撥快一小時。雖然我們損失了一小時睡眠，但是增加了日照時間。

Dear ACWS Families,

We continue to ride the rollercoaster of changing temperatures. Hopefully we will start to see more consistent spring weather.

We had a joyful and festive Lunar New Year celebration. The lion dance brought a lot of excitement and cheers; everyone enjoyed the games and crafts while bringing home New Year greetings. Special thanks to the volunteers from Calgary Indo-China Ethnic Chinese Association for writing spring couplets.

Our recitation and speech competition will be held on April 25. Students are encouraged to participate in the individual category, whether to recite a poem or tell a story, as this is a good opportunity to practice public speaking.

Important dates in March:

March 21 - last day for early bird registration 

March 28 - Spring break

(April 4) - Easter long weekend

Lastly, don’t forget to set your clocks one hour ahead before going to bed this Saturday night. Although we lose one hour of sleep, we are gaining more daylight.
