This Privacy Policy applies to the A Last Time For Everything application for Android devices, together with any related services operated by Fool Developer (collectively referred to as the "Application" or "Service Provider").
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The Application does not require users to create an account, register, or provide personal information in order to play the game.
However, certain information may be collected automatically by the Application or its third-party service providers, including but not limited to:
Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
Device model and operating system version
Advertising ID or other device identifiers
Game usage information (such as session duration and gameplay activity)
Crash reports and diagnostic information
General device information necessary for providing services
This information is collected solely to operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Application.
The Application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Google AdMob may automatically collect certain information, including your Advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device information, and app usage data to display, personalize (where applicable), measure, and improve advertisements.
The Service Provider does not directly control the information collected by Google AdMob. Such information is handled according to Google's own Privacy Policy.
The Application may also offer optional rewarded advertisements. Watching rewarded advertisements is entirely voluntary and is not required to access or complete the game.
The Application uses Google Play Services to provide core platform functionality.
Google Play Services may automatically collect certain technical information necessary for operating the Application according to Google's Privacy Policy.
The Application itself does not use cookies.
However, third-party services integrated into the Application may use cookies, Software Development Kits (SDKs), pixels, or similar technologies to provide advertising, analytics, or other services.
Where required by applicable law, consent will be requested before non-essential tracking technologies are used.

The Service Provider retains information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Automatically collected information may be retained for a reasonable period for security, diagnostics, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement.
Aggregated or anonymized information that cannot identify an individual may be retained indefinitely.
The Application does not provide user accounts, registration, or user profiles.
Because no account is created, there is no account to delete.

Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and subject to any legal obligations requiring certain information to be retained.
You may stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application from your device.
Please note that uninstalling the Application does not automatically delete information previously collected by third-party service providers according to their own retention policies.
The Service Provider takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The Application is intended for users who are 16 years of age or older and is not designed for or directed toward children under the age of 16.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 years of age.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child under the age of 16 without appropriate legal authorization where required, such information will be deleted as soon as reasonably practicable.

If a data breach affecting your personal information occurs, the Service Provider will provide any notifications required by applicable law.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

The "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy will also be updated.
Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
