Copyright and Usage: Upon completion and full payment of the project, you will receive full rights and ownership of the created content. However, I request permission to showcase the finalized work on my social media platforms, website, and landing page as part of my portfolio. Your work will be credited to you as the owner, and any sensitive or confidential information will not be disclosed without your explicit consent. 

Confidentiality: I respect your privacy and the importance of confidentiality. Any personal or project-related information shared with me will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 

Payment Terms: As a first-time client, a 30% deposit is required upon project confirmation. The remaining 70% will be due upon completion and delivery of the final content. Payment methods and detailed instructions will be provided in the invoice. Late payments may result in delays in delivering the final files or affect future collaborations. 

Payment Terms for Clients Abroad: I welcome clients from around the world. Please note that payment terms may include additional considerations for currency conversion and international payment methods. Any taxes, duties, or fees related to international transactions are the responsibility of the client.
