Onboarding consists of 1 or 2 simulation sessions facilitated by ACPA Staff.

In the first session, we will cover the basics of monitoring calls, what information is necessary to cover, common themes and mistakes, communication techinques, and resources available to cases and contacts. This will be a 4 hour simulation lab.

The second session will be for any teams engaging in initial contact or case investigations. In the second session, we cover the basics of these investigations, charting in CommCare, common pitfalls, therapeutic communication, and resources available to tracers, cases, and contacts. This session will take approximately 2-4 hours depending on the need.
