AlarmHit (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the AlarmHit mobile application (“App”).

1. About AlarmHit
AlarmHit is an alarm clock application designed to help users wake up by requiring them to complete selected missions or challenges before dismissing an alarm.

QR/Barcode Scan

2. Information We May Process
AlarmHit may process certain information necessary to provide its features.
Alarm and App Settings
The App may store information such as:
Alarm times
Alarm labels
Repeat schedules
Selected alarm sounds
Volume preferences
Selected missions
Mission difficulty and settings
App preferences
Where possible, this information is stored locally on your device.
Camera Access
AlarmHit may request access to your device's camera when you use the QR/Barcode Scan mission.
Camera access is used to scan QR codes or barcodes required to complete the selected alarm mission.
AlarmHit does not use your camera for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Notifications
AlarmHit may request permission to send notifications so alarms, reminders, and other relevant app alerts can function properly.
You can manage notification permissions through your device's iOS Settings.
Device and Diagnostic Information
We or services integrated into AlarmHit may process limited technical information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash information, and diagnostic data, when necessary to maintain and improve the App.
3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
Unless required by a feature you explicitly use, AlarmHit does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as your contacts, private messages, photos, precise location, or financial information.
4. QR Codes and Barcodes
When using the QR/Barcode Scan mission, the App processes QR code or barcode information for the purpose of determining whether the required mission has been completed.
We do not use scanned QR codes or barcodes for advertising or user profiling.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
AlarmHit may offer optional paid subscriptions, including monthly or yearly plans.
Purchases made through the iOS version of AlarmHit are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. AlarmHit does not directly receive or store your complete payment card information.
Subscription management, renewals, and cancellations are handled through your Apple account.
6. Third-Party Services
AlarmHit may use trusted third-party services for functionality such as crash reporting, analytics, subscriptions, or other technical operations.
These third-party providers may process limited information according to their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Information may only be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

Locally stored alarm settings and preferences generally remain on your device until you modify them, delete them, clear the App's data, or uninstall AlarmHit.
If information is processed through third-party services, retention may be governed by the applicable service provider's policies.

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through AlarmHit. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Children's Privacy
AlarmHit is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
11. Your Choices
You can control certain permissions granted to AlarmHit through your iPhone or iPad Settings, including camera and notification permissions.
Disabling a permission may prevent the corresponding feature from functioning correctly.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when AlarmHit's functionality, legal requirements, or privacy practices change.
When changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be published with a revised effective date.
