alarms). Location data is processed on-device and is NOT stored on our

servers or shared with third parties, except as described in Section 3.

1.2 Device & Usage Data

We may collect non-personally identifiable information about your device,

including:

- Device model and operating system version

- App version and crash/diagnostic logs

- General usage statistics (e.g., features accessed)

This data helps us improve app performance and stability.

1.3 Alarm & Timer Settings

Alarm schedules, labels, ringtones, and timer configurations you create are

stored locally on your device. We do not transmit or store this data on

external servers.

1.4 Advertising Data

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and

use data such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, and interaction

data to serve personalised or contextual ads. This data collection is

governed by Google's Privacy Policy. See Section 3 for more details.

2. PERMISSIONS USED BY THE APP

The App requests the following Android permissions and uses them as described:

INTERNET

Required to load advertisements via Google AdMob and to check for

app updates or connectivity.

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

Allows the App to check whether a network connection is available

before attempting to load ads or online content.

ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION / ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION

Used to provide location-aware alarm features. You may deny this

permission; core alarm, timer, and stopwatch functionality will

remain fully available.

POST_NOTIFICATIONS

Required to display alarm and timer notifications on Android 13+.

VIBRATE

Enables the device to vibrate when an alarm or timer fires.

SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM / USE_EXACT_ALARM

Ensures alarms fire at the exact time you set, even when the device

is in low-power mode.

WAKE_LOCK

Keeps the processor awake so that alarms can trigger reliably.

FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE

Keeps the Stopwatch and Timer running in the background with a

visible status-bar notification.

RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED

Restores all scheduled alarms automatically after the device is

rebooted, so you never miss an alarm.

USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT

Allows the alarm trigger screen to appear over the lock screen

when an alarm fires.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

3.1 Google AdMob

The App integrates Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may

collect data including but not limited to:

- Advertising ID

- IP address

- Device identifiers

- User interaction with ads

This data is used to show relevant advertisements. You can opt out of

personalised advertising by visiting your device settings:

Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalisation.

3.2 Google Play Services

The App uses Google Play Services for core functionality. Google Play

Services may collect certain diagnostic and device data as described in

Google's Privacy Policy above.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information collected to:

- Provide and maintain core App features (alarms, timers, stopwatch,

launcher mode)

- Improve App performance and fix bugs

- Display relevant advertisements via Google AdMob

- Restore alarms after device reboot

- Send alarm and timer notifications to you

We do NOT:

- Sell your personal information to third parties

- Use your data for purposes other than those stated in this policy

- Store your location data on our servers

5. DATA RETENTION

All alarm and timer data is stored locally on your device only. You can

delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's

data via your device settings (Settings > Apps > AI Alarm > Clear Data).

Advertising and diagnostic data retained by Google is subject to Google's

own data retention policies.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly

collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a

child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your country or region, you may have the right to:

- Access the personal data we hold about you

- Request correction or deletion of your personal data

- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
