Possibility to set a prefix for topics

All payloads (except "Custom_payload") also contains active state. Even more can be added if requested!

New payload type - Custom payload JSON - which will be formatted as a JSON String instead of plain text.

If an alarm is already alarming and a second alarm go off, the second alarm will be postponed by one minute instead of not going off at all.

System default alarm ringtone added to list of ringtones.

"No response from server" was logged when connecting to broker, even if it was working, that have been fixed.

In "Settings --> MQTT --> MQTT Topics --> Alarm Defaults" you can choose which events that should be added to newly created alarms
