Hi, my name is Alan. I'm a quantitative social scientist trained at UC Berkeley. I'm currently a dissertation fellow at the Institute for Research on Labor and Employment at UC Berkeley. I bring years of experience implementing experiments and using causal inference to improve how organizations' messaging, whom they target, and how they allocate resources.

My scholarly research has been published in the American Political Science Review and the Quarterly Journal of Political Science.
