13. HOW WE HANDLE FACE DATA
(Required for AI Image Generators, Face Detection Apps, Headshot/Avatar Apps)
Do we collect face data?
No. We do not collect, store, or share any face data.
How is face data used?
If you upload or capture an image containing a face, the app may:
Detect the face region
Apply effects, filters, or AI enhancements
Generate an AI headshot or avatar
This processing happens temporarily and only on your device, unless your app explicitly uploads the image to OpenAI or another service — in which case you must tell me and I will update this policy accordingly.
Is face data stored or shared?
No:
Face data is not saved
Face data is not uploaded

The image remains on your device
How long is face data retained?
Only for the duration of the processing session.
It is discarded immediately once:
You leave the editing screen
The effect is generated
You close the app
