Al Akseer Air Conditioning & Contracting began its journey in 1993 — but our story starts a decade earlier. In 1983, M. Subramanian (Subu) arrived in Dubai with a deep passion for mechanics and the confidence that he could offer something more — something better — to the field of air conditioning.
Driven by integrity, hands-on experience, and a relentless commitment to quality, Mr. Subu laid the foundation for what would become one of the UAE’s longest-running and trusted names in HVAC solutions. Al Akseer was born out of a desire not just to work in the industry — but to redefine it through personalized service, technical expertise, and results that truly last.
