Alaitz Gutiérrez-Jauregi

I am a PhD Candidate in the Department of Economics at the Public University of Navarre (UPNA) and a research fellow at the Institute for Advanced Research in Business and Economics (INARBE).

My research is centered on economic and agrarian history, with a specific focus on anthropometry. The purpose of my thesis is to observe the evolution of living standards in Navarre and La Rioja through the analysis of anthropometric indicators such as height.

I am currently involved in research projects including a national R&D plan project on collective action institutions and sustainability, and the "Commoning in Crisis" project funded by a UNITA starting grant, which explores community and solidarity in rural and mountainous regions.
