About the 2025 Sangguniang Kabataan Island-Wide Convention (ALAB 2025)

The 2025 Sangguniang Kabataan Island-Wide Convention, dubbed ALAB 2025, will be held simultaneously on November 25–27, 2025, across three key locations — Pangasinan, Iloilo, and Zamboanga.

This three-day gathering serves as a dynamic platform for Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Pederasyon officials and Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) members to engage in meaningful discussions, capacity-building activities, and knowledge sharing. The convention will tackle pressing issues, challenges, and emerging opportunities that youth leaders face in the ever-evolving landscape of local governance.

ALAB 2025 will feature expert resource speakers and in-depth sessions on the laws, guidelines, and provisions that define the purpose, duties, and responsibilities of youth leaders, both under the mandate of the law and in the spirit of genuine public service for the Filipino youth.
