I’m a strategic consultant working with nonprofits, international organisations, and public-sector entities across the MENA region.
My work focuses on helping organisations design and manage sustainable, context-responsive strategies and programmes, and on measuring their real impact on the people and communities they serve.
Over the past eight years, I have led 40+ projects with more than 55 organisations, where I have:
Designed and supported development programmes and projects.
Led research, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and impact measurement assignments, including the use of digital tools and AI for analysis and learning.
Worked on institutional capacity-building and policy reform in areas such as governance and public sector reform, gender equality, and social inclusion (GESI)
My approach is shaped by:
A master’s degree with distinction in International Development from the University of Bristol in the UK, where my research focused on organisational sustainability and strategic resilience.
Practical experience with local NGOs, international organisations (including the World Bank and OECD), and government ministries in several MENA countries.
Entrepreneurial experience as the co-founder of a consulting start-up, where I worked alongside the CEO as the second team member to build internal systems from the ground up and establish the firm as a trusted partner for governments and international organisations.
Why I Developed the Institutional Resilience Model:
I have a strong interest in how organisations in resource-constrained but resilient settings can remain true to their mission while adapting to shifting funding and policy environments. This journey led me to develop the Institutional Resilience Model – a framework that helps organisations strengthen their organisational, institutional, financial, social, and environmental sustainability, while keeping mission, community needs, and evidence at the centre.
