Fiaz Ahmad A. Jandran

Born in 1970, Mr. Jandran Hails from Mandi Bahaudin, Punjab, Pakistan. After completing his Graduation from University of The Punjab, he got his LL.B degree from the said university in 1994 and thereafter obtained double master’s degree in history and political science from the same university. He started his professional career by getting enrolled as an Advocate in 1995 and became Member of Islamabad District Bar Association. Initially as an Associate Counsel; he worked at Sardar Muhammad Aslam Law Associates for almost one and a half year and thereafter started his independent practice. In 1997, he was enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court. In 2010, he was enrolled as an Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan. He was elevated as justice of Islamabad High Court and served as justice for one and half years, thereafter again resumed his legal practice which continues. Prior to his appointment as Justice he was elected as the Vice-Chairman of the pioneer Islamabad Bar Council, Chairman Legal Education Committee and Member of the Commission for Legal Education, as constituted by the honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan. In 2022, Mr. Jandran was also certified as a CIArb accredited mediator.

Mr. Fiaz Ahmad A Jandran while serving as chairman rules committee (IBC) has also to his credit the honor of framing “The Islamabad legal practitioner and Bar Council Rules 2017” and “The Islamabad legal practitioner and Bar Council Regulations 2017”. He also got conducted verification of more than 2100 Law degrees of advocates by the order of Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan, got published Civil and Criminal Major Acts for newly enrolled advocates of Islamabad Bar council. He Attended Hamburg International environmental law conference at Hamburg University Germany, He represented many Governmental, semi-Governmental and other organizations before High Courts and Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Mr. Jandran has over 27 years of active law practice experience and has been a part of many important cases during his career and continues to be a leading name in the legal fraternity.

Offices Served

Mr. Fiaz Ahmad A. Jandran remained on various distinguished positions including:

· Former Justice at Islamabad High Court, Islamabad.

· Vice-Chairman of the Pioneer Islamabad Bar Council,

· Chairman Executive Committee of Islamabad Bar Council,

· Chairman Legal Education Committee IBC and Member of the Commission of Legal Education, as constituted by the Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Mr. Jandran is also an accredited mediator from The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). In early 2025 he also participated in executive training on "Tax Disputes Resolution Through ADR"  conducted by the ministry of law and justice, government of Pakistan.

On academic front, he enlightened young legal professionals as the senior most visiting faculty member at Jinnah Muslim Law College for more than two decades.

Sarmad Fiaz (Advocate High Court LL.B, LLM BUIC) 

Mr Sarmad Fiaz is an advocate High Court, enrolled with Islamabad Bar Council, he is a Law graduate of Bahria University Islamabad, and has completed his Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the same institution with academic honor 'Magna Cum Laude' ; He is an Associate Partner at Ahmad Law Associates and deals in all kind of civil (property, real estate, rent, inheritance), Constitutional litigation (Writs before the High Courts), criminal (Bail matters), Family (custody of children, divorce, maintenance, guardianship), Employment (service matters), co-operative societies matter. 

On an academic side he has authored two research projects in pursuance of his legal education

(i)  “International Human Rights law in Juxtaposition with Power to Arrest and Pre-Charge Detention: Critiquing Police Excesses in Pakistan”

(ii)   “Juxtaposition of Law and conscience and its glimpse in Pakistan”

Ali Fiaz (Advocate High Court B.A/LL.B(Hons.) IIUI, LLM in progress ZUEL, China) 

Mr. Ali Fiaz is a part the ALA Law family. He completed his BA/LLB (hons.) Shariah and Law degree with CGPA of 3.70/4.00 from the law school of International Islamic University of Islamabad, after which he started his professional career and came in the practical field work. He enrolled as an advocate of district and session courts in the Islamabad Bar Council on 31st March 2023 and became a member of Islamabad Bar Association. Muhammad Rafay Fiaz (Advocate & Mediation Advocate, B.A-LLB QAU)

Muhammad Rafay Fiaz is an associate partner of ALA, he completed his B.A LLB degree from the prestigious Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU), Islamabad and he also holds diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) from Ireland and diploma in International Environmental Law and Governance from the United Nations (UN). He is a certified and notified mediation advocate having completed his training from the Federal Judicial Academy (FJA) Islamabad in collaboration with the Islamabad Bar Council (IBC) and MICADR.
