Al Umar Products (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the MoneyFlow Tracker mobile application.
MoneyFlow Tracker is an offline personal transaction tracker that helps users record income, expenses, categories, dates, notes, and local financial summaries.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is stored and handled when you use MoneyFlow Tracker.
2. Offline App Design
MoneyFlow Tracker is designed to work offline.
This version of the app does not request the Android INTERNET permission and does not include:
- Advertising SDKs
- Analytics SDKs
- Login or account registration
- Google Sign-In
- Firebase Authentication
- Cloud sync
- Bank connection
- Loan services
- Investment services
- Payment services
- Export services
The app does not send transaction records to Al Umar Products or to third-party services through app code.
3. Information Stored by the App
MoneyFlow Tracker stores information that you enter or select inside the app. This may include:
- Income and expense amounts
- Transaction type
- Selected category
- Transaction date
- Optional transaction note
- Theme preference
- Display-only currency symbol preference
Transaction records are stored in a local Room database on your device. Settings are stored using Android DataStore.
Transaction amounts may be stored as integer minor units, such as cents, fils, or paisa-style minor values, depending on the app’s internal implementation.
4. How Information Is Used
MoneyFlow Tracker uses locally stored information only to provide app functionality, including:
- Showing transaction history
- Calculating income totals
- Calculating expense totals
- Showing balance summaries
- Showing monthly summaries
- Showing category summaries
- Displaying simple local insights based on records entered by the user
- Saving app settings such as theme and currency symbol
The app does not use stored transaction records for advertising, analytics, profiling, credit scoring, lending, investment advice, or automated financial decisions.
5. Network Access and Third-Party Services
This version of MoneyFlow Tracker does not request internet access.
The app does not include third-party services for:
- Advertising
- Analytics
- Crash reporting
- Account login
- Cloud database storage
- Bank syncing
- Payment processing
- Loan processing
- Investment services
Because there is no internet permission in this version, the app does not transmit transaction records to the developer or to third-party services through app code.
6. Android Backup and Device Transfer
Android backup may be enabled for the app.
If Android backup, device transfer, or restore features are enabled by the user, device manufacturer, device administrator, or Android account settings, the Android operating system may transfer the app’s local database and settings to an Android backup or device-transfer service.
Backup availability, storage, retention, restoration, and deletion are controlled by Android, the device provider, and the user’s account settings.
MoneyFlow Tracker does not provide a separate cloud account, cloud backup screen, or developer-operated backup service.
7. Sharing
MoneyFlow Tracker does not include a feature that shares stored transaction records with:
- The developer
- Advertisers
- Analytics providers
- Banks
- Loan providers
- Investment providers
- Payment processors
- Other third parties
The app does not sell user data.
8. Deletion and Reset
MoneyFlow Tracker includes a reset option for local app data.
When available, the Reset All Local Data action deletes local transaction records and restores local app settings to their default values.
Users may also remove active local app storage by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from Android system settings.
If Android backup restoration is enabled, Android may restore previously backed-up app data during reinstallation or device setup.
9. Security
MoneyFlow Tracker relies on Android app-private storage and Android platform protections.
This version does not claim:
- App-level encryption
- Biometric lock
- Account authentication
- Bank-level security
- Cloud security
- End-to-end encryption
Users should keep their device screen lock, Google account, and Android backup settings secure.
10. Financial Information and No Financial Advice
MoneyFlow Tracker is a personal record-keeping tool.
The app organizes information entered by the user and displays local summaries such as income totals, expense totals, balance, categories, and simple insights.
MoneyFlow Tracker does not provide:
- Financial advice
- Investment advice
- Banking services
- Lending services
- Credit services
- Money transfer services
- Payment services
- Tax advice
- Guaranteed savings
- Profit predictions
- Investment returns
- Automated financial decisions
All summaries and insights are informational and are based only on records entered by the user.
11. Children’s Privacy
MoneyFlow Tracker is designed as a general personal record-keeping tool and is not specifically directed to children.
If you believe a child has entered personal information into the app, you may delete the local app data from the device or contact us for guidance.
The developer should select the appropriate target audience in Google Play Console based on the final listing and release plan.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when app behavior, permissions, dependencies, backup handling, data storage, or connected services change.
The updated version will include a revised effective date.
