Delivery & Refund Policy

• If the We does not start classes on the agreed schedule within 5 working days, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.

• We offer a customer and user friendly return policy, meaning that if the customer wishes to cancel their subscription for any reason, the request must be made to us in writing, that is via email. They can also notify us by calling our support line, but processing will begin after receiving an email from the address provided during the registration process.

• If we receive a cancellation request within the first week from the payment delivery date; we will refund 80% of the deposit. Cancellation requests made after one week will entitle the customer to a 50% refund. Any request received after 2 weeks will not be accepted.

• We will issue a refund within 30 days after receiving the activation request to any convenient payment method based on mutual agreement.
