This privacy policy applies to the MITM app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by AI-MOUTAWIR (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS."

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include but is not limited to:

• Device Information: Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), operating system, and other device-specific identifiers (e.g. Appareil ID or other IDs).

• Usage Data: Interactions with the Application, pages visited within the Application, time and date of visits, time spent on the Application, and historical search activity within the Application.

• User Identifiers: ID utilisateur or other unique identifiers used to enhance your experience and for analytics purposes.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to deliver important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide personally identifiable information. The information collected will be retained by the Service Provider and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and its service.

The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described below:

• External Service Providers: Trusted third-party services like Google Play Services, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and StartApp. These services have their own Privacy Policies, accessible here:

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.

• With their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. The Service Provider may retain certain types of data (e.g., anonymized usage logs or IDs) for analytic and legal purposes.

If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have submitted via the Application, please contact them at 2025mitm@gmail.com, and they will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If they become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at 2025mitm@gmail.com to take necessary action.

Security

The Service Provider takes the safeguarding of your data seriously. Measures including physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are in place to protect the information collected and maintained.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and you are advised to review it periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
