AL LA'EBOON | TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms govern your use of allaeboon.labs, our games (including but not limited to New State Order and future Qalderra Series titles), and any related content published under the AL LA'EBOON LABS name. By using this site or our games, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
AL LA'EBOON LABS is a statecraft simulation developer and geopolitical intelligence company, founded May 2026 by Muhammad Al Shayan, operating under Muhammad Al Shayan & Co. Contact: allaeboonstudios@gmail.com.
2. Use of this website
You may browse and use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the site's normal operation
Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of our content without permission
Use the site to distribute anything unlawful, harassing, or harmful to others
3. AL LA'EBOON GAMES
Our games, including New State Order (currently in vBeta) and any future titles in the Qalderra Series, are distributed through third-party platforms such as itch.io, which have their own terms governing purchase, download, and use.
Games are provided "as is" during development stages (vBeta, Alpha, etc.) and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or content that changes before final release.
In-game political systems, factions, ideologies, and outcomes are fictional and simulated for gameplay purposes. See our Content & Fiction Disclaimer for details on how to interpret in-game content.
4. AL LA'EBOON INTELLIGENCE content
Intelligence dispatches published under AL LA'EBOON INTELLIGENCE are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, political, legal, or professional advice, and shouldn't be treated as a basis for investment, policy, or other significant decisions.
We aim for accuracy but don't guarantee that every dispatch is complete, current, or error-free — global events move quickly, and coverage reflects information available at time of publication.
Intelligence content is owned by AL LA'EBOON LABS under the same intellectual property terms as the rest of our content (see Section 5).
5. Intellectual property
All original content on this site and within our games, including but not limited to the AL LA'EBOON LABS name and mark, the Qalderra Series name and mark, game titles, world lore, artwork, and written content, is owned by AL LA'EBOON LABS unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative commercial works from this content without written permission.
Fan content (fan art, gameplay videos, streams, written commentary) made for non-commercial purposes is welcome and does not require prior permission, provided it doesn't misrepresent itself as official AL LA'EBOON LABS content.
6. Third-party links
This site links out to third-party platforms, including itch.io, Instagram, YouTube, Linktree, and Tally. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those platforms once you leave our site.
7. Signup and communications
If you sign up for updates via our Tally form, you agree to receive occasional communications from us as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.
8. No warranty
This site and our games are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site or our games will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every expectation, particularly during active development phases like vBeta and Alpha releases.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AL LA'EBOON LABS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our games.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the lab grows. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site or our games after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by local law where you reside.
