1)Email the Welcome Letter and post it as a bulletin on 9/9.

2)Take attendance every Saturday 

3)Post any assignment that is going towards their grade (align it to a standard)

4) Email parents about classroom activities and post these emails as a bulletin. For younger grades, emails can go out weekly; for older grades, emails can be sent at the start/end of the unit. Include pictures/videos if possible. 

5)Document any discipline issues when they occur 

6)Review health records for reference 

7) Update the curriculum spreadsheet if there are changes in the lesson plan and notify parents via email/bulletin.

8)Always add the subject and grade level in the subject line of the email!
